Secure a first-batch Quray for $650 at the current launch price. Cancellation is available before production begins.

Production
Follow the build through regular email updates. We’ll contact you directly if the timeline changes.

Testing & warranty
Your Quray is individually assembled, calibrated, and tested. It is covered by a 12-month limited warranty with direct support from our team.

Shipping
Estimated dispatch: Autumn 2026, protected in its hard case. Shipping is calculated separately; import taxes may apply.

Before you pre-order
Your pre-order includes the Quray instrument, a protective hard case, a power cable, and access to the Quray configurator.
The first production batch is expected to ship in Autumn 2026. You will receive regular production updates by email. If the estimated timeline changes, we will contact you directly.
Shipping is calculated separately based on the destination country and paid before dispatch. We will contact you with the shipping cost when your Quray is ready.
Import duties, VAT, and other local taxes are not included in the $650 price. Any applicable charges are paid by the recipient according to the rules of their country.
The full $650 payment is processed securely by Stripe when you place your pre-order. You may request cancellation before production of your unit begins. Non-refundable payment-processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
Production timelines may change during the first manufacturing run. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you directly with an updated timeline and explain the available options.
Every Quray is individually assembled, calibrated, and tested before shipping. The device includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, with direct support from the Quray team. If a covered problem occurs, we will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement.
