Quray is an electronic musical instrument and performance tool for musicians, live performers, and audiovisual artists.
Quray allows performers to control sound, MIDI, CV, and visual software through hand movement in the air.
Products sold through our website may include hardware devices, accessories, software-related services, and related product updates.

4. Orders and Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other payment providers made available on our website.
We do not store your full card details.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
All prices are shown on the website. The final amount will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Pre-orders and Early Access
Some products may be offered as pre-orders or early-access products.
If a product is offered as a pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided as guidance only and may change due to production, supplier, logistics, customs, or other delays outside our direct control.
By placing a pre-order, you understand that the product may not be shipped immediately.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We may ship products internationally where shipping is available.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated before final confirmation of the order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping provider, customs processing, and other external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, import procedures, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events outside our control.

7. Customs, Duties, VAT, and Taxes
Product prices do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, sales tax, or other local taxes unless explicitly stated.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by their country.
If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties and the package is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, we may not be able to issue a full refund.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
For pre-orders that have not yet shipped, customers may request cancellation by contacting us at:

If the product has already shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may depend on Stripe, the payment provider, and your bank.
We may refuse a refund if the product was damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, improper setup, incompatible third-party equipment, or failure to follow product instructions.

9. Compatibility and Use
Quray is designed to work with compatible music hardware, MIDI, CV, and visual software setups.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their own equipment, software, cables, power setup, and performance environment are compatible with the product.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incompatible third-party software, hardware, operating systems, cables, power supplies, or user configuration.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on quray.music, including text, images, videos, product names, design elements, logos, and product descriptions, belongs to QURAY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED or its respective owners unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
The Quray name, product concept, visual identity, and related materials are part of the intellectual property of QURAY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QURAY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
We are not liable for losses caused by shipping delays, customs delays, import fees, incorrect customer information, third-party software, third-party hardware, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or events outside our control.

13. Force Majeure
