We may refuse a refund if the product was damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, improper setup, incompatible third-party equipment, or failure to follow product instructions.
9. Compatibility and UseQuray is designed to work with compatible music hardware, MIDI, CV, and visual software setups.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their own equipment, software, cables, power setup, and performance environment are compatible with the product.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incompatible third-party software, hardware, operating systems, cables, power supplies, or user configuration.
